Amanda is passionate about helping parents and caregivers build safe and nurturing environments where children can grow up feeling loved and valued.

Having built her career in the charity and not-for-profit sector, Amanda also brings the commercial skills gained from her time in one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms to help ensure that Parenting Place is in a strong and stable financial position, honouring the generosity of so many New Zealanders who have contributed to the organisation. 

Outside of work, Amanda has a family, enjoys the outdoors and has recently started a new journey as foster carer.
